11am Nutrisystem Snack BBQ Soy chips, Diet Coke
1pm Nutrisystem Lunch Cheese Ravioli, Diet Coke
3pm Nutrisystem Snack Mustard pretzels, Raisin Brain Vitamin D milk
6:30 pm Diet Coke
8:30pm Chicken Breast, Lobster Ravioli, White wine

Tuesday CArdio

Tredmill:
3 for 3 minutes,
5 for 1,
6 for 1,
7 for 1,
8 for 4,
5 for 1,
6 for 1 etc. till 27 minutes. walked last 3,

457 calories,
2.87 miles,
30 minutes,
didn't eat much today. One sandwhich with cheese, mayo and mustard. And two pieces of bread and butter. One energy shot before workout. Thats it.

Sunday Workout

Woke up at 3pm after going to sleep around 6 or 7 am.

Went to gym at 4:45. HAd a glass of water. Did chest on incline bench with 20lb weights. Did 35 reps. (With 25 sit ups in between first set and tricep over head lifts after the second. But today I did not bend my elbows too much. I tried to keep them straight to work my torso.)
Then 35lb to sets of 20 reps.
Then 40lbs did about 12 then 8... maxed.

Did negitve drops on the pull up bar. About 6.

bent over rows with dead lif bar.
12 reps
10 reps
8 reps

Curled the dead lift bar.
12 reps
10 reps
8 reps

shoulder lifts with dead lift bar
2 sets of 12 reps

Cardio for 35:00 minutes, 452 cal, 2.57 miles.
ran at 7 for 10
ran at 6 for 10
walked at 3 speed and 10 incline for 10
walked at 3 speed for 5

Running out of time to Run

Heading out to bar hop with friend with only an hur and a half to be there. I jumped on the tredmill and stepped it u to 8. Ran for 14:08 minutes. Ran 1.4 miles burned 215 calories. Only had a mountain dew so far. Need to eat. Woke up at 1pm because I worked till 6 am this morning. Now at Ben at 5pm ready to Bar Hop. Using the subway like responsible children. Update cha later.

August 15th On Set

So this where I have a problem with my Diet.

I get up and go to work Security on Set of the TV Show Eli Stone at 8am. I would normally get an egg white breakfast burritto with turkey bacon but food is not being served till 4pm. So I have eat what I can get. No cash just credit and the food vendors around here only take cash. So for breakfast I had a Hot Dog with White bread and 2 hours later I had a whopper jr. and fries... all given to me by coworkers. I had a diet coke because no coffee is brewed yet and my water jug. So I hope I can hold out for dinner so not to cheat anymore. I am working from 8am till 6 am tomorrow so my workout is also possibly delayed. I say possibly because I might be able to get some push ups, dips and crunchs in right here on this park bench. We shall see.

August 14 2008

not much progress. I have been using nutrisystem but I feel really weak. Not enough calories. I need to go back to Herbalife. I made the most progress with them, never felt weak... hungry only sometimes. So when its time to workout I tend to skip them or just dread going in. Herbalife energized me and made me feel clean. I workout with a friend so it has helped staying dedicated to the morning workouts yet I am not finding that fire inside me that I had last year at this time.... get with it David. Don't stop this time until you reach your destiny in fitness. Everything will come your way once you reach that goal. -DH
