The strain of my back and my girl.
-David HavertyToday is week 2 of my workout. It has been real hard. Being in a relationship I'm tempted to eat bad and stay up too late which makes it hard to make it to the gym on time the next day. Today I have really been on my water intake and I made it to the gym at 7am to run. I only ran 17 minutes with a 3 minute cool down. I ran out of time because I had to drive my girlfriend to work. I really need to hit the tredmill for no less then 30 minutes. I also have had a really sore lower back. No idea how I hurt it but it has been affecting my day jobs and workouts... gotta get that straightened out soon.
