I worked on this show for the past month and a half as a PA Grip. Which means I helped with eqipment and lighting instruments. We would set up the reflectors and bounce boards to reflect sun light on to the contestants as well as shade them when the sun would be too strong. Also the cable had to be run from generators and then broke down at the end of each day. I did that for 12 to 14 hours a day...5 days a week for the past month and a half...as I mentioned before. Learned a lot to produce my own short films now with the proper lighting...it changes everything.

Also monday night you might catch me at 9pm on NBC in Hereos. I am in the Museum Scene witht he big Dinosaur Bones. I am wearing the maroons shirt and the brown jacket over arm. Yeah...Background...what can you do. That night I was up from 10am went to that shoot at 5pm (while at shoot called and booked background for the morning) was at Heroes shoot until 6:30am and then went to the Owen Wilson movie shoot from 8am to 5pm and was in bed by 7pm.
